GIVEAWAY PRIZE
One winner will receive a free ticket for both Saturday and Sunday, with 5 classes per day, to Yoga Games in Båstad [November 14 and 15], provided to Fermeni by Yoga Games Båstad, with a stated value of 3,150 SEK. The prize can be transferred if Fermeni is contacted in time, but cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. The giveaway prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any costs beyond entry to the event.
DRAW
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period, using a technical tool, on November 2. The drawing will take place after the entry period closes and with enough time before the event for the winner to attend.
NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner will be contacted via the same email used for the purchase from Fermeni, within 1 day of the drawing. The winner must respond and confirm within 2 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this period, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected using the same method.
PERSONAL DATA
Participation requires a purchase, which means the personal data associated with your entry (name, email, order information) is collected and stored as part of your regular customer order, in the same way as with any other purchase from Fermeni. This data may also be used to verify entries, administer the giveaway, and contact the winner. The data is processed in accordance with GDPR and retained in line with our standard practice for customer order data. See our privacy policy here for full details on how your data is handled and your rights.
FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION
Fermeni reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, such as a stolen payment method or a fraudulent order. Entering more than once, including with a different email address for each purchase, is a valid way to gain additional entries and does not affect eligibility.
OUR COMMITMENT
Fermeni is committed to awarding this prize as described above. If something entirely outside our control, such as Yoga Games Båstad itself canceling the event, makes this impossible, we will provide the winner with a prize of equivalent value or postpone the prize to a later date. Any such change will be communicated directly to the winner.
