1. General
This policy outlines delivery areas, shipping times, customs responsibilities, and other conditions related to the shipment of products purchased from Serenova Life AB. All deliveries are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Areas & Customs / Import Duties
We currently ship worldwide.
Customs & Import (Norway & UK)
For deliveries outside the EU (including Norway and the United Kingdom):
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer. Such charges are payable upon delivery according to local regulations. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws. Serenova Life AB is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date the order is dispatched (not from the date of purchase).
Estimated delivery times:
Sweden: 2–5 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Norway & UK: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order size. The total shipping cost is displayed before order confirmation.
5. Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe and is returned to us, a handling fee of SEK 250 will be charged. This fee covers shipping administrative costs. For international shipments, additional carrier or customs charges may apply depending on local regulations.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than seven (7) days after receiving the delivery.

Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
Photos of the outer packaging
Please retain all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.
8. Address Accuracy
The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment needs to be resent, the Buyer will be charged for the additional shipping cost.
